Some services may not be appropriate for every patient. VitalCare Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse, delay, modify, or discontinue services when, in our professional judgment, treatment is not medically appropriate, safe, or within the scope of services available at our clinic.

Arrive on time for appointments.
Treat staff, providers, contractors, and other patients respectfully.

Contact us promptly if you experience unusual symptoms, side effects, or concerns after treatment.
Seek emergency care when symptoms are urgent or severe.
Appointments are scheduled based on provider availability and service type.
VitalCare Medical Spa may require deposits, consultation fees, booking fees, or prepayment for certain services.
Please provide at least 72 Hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling unless otherwise stated in your service agreement, membership agreement, promotion, or booking confirmation.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time, rescheduling, cancellation, loss of deposit or a charge up to $300 US dollar.
No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit, cancellation fee, or other administrative fee up to $300.00 US dollar
VitalCare Medical Spa reserves the right to update cancellation and no-show policies at any time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
VitalCare Medical Spa may accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, financing, insurance payments where applicable, or other approved payment methods.
Deposits, prepaid services, medication-related payments, special orders, customized services, consultations, memberships, packages, and promotional services may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing.
For services involving prescriptions, compounded medications, medical supplies, special ordering, lab coordination, or provider review, payment may become non-refundable once processing has begun.
Refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis and do not guarantee future refunds.
VitalCare Medical Spa may accept insurance for certain eligible services, including certain medical micropigmentation or restorative services when applicable.
Insurance coverage is never guaranteed. Benefits, eligibility, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, prior authorization, reimbursement, and claim approval depend on the patient’s insurance plan and payer rules.
Patients are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including denied claims, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, non-covered services, or balance amounts permitted by law.
Memberships, service packages, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Unused services may expire according to the applicable membership, package, or promotional agreement.

Patients should immediately seek emergency medical care for severe allergic reaction, difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, fainting, severe dehydration, or other serious symptoms.
VitalCare Medical Spa does not guarantee availability of any specific medication, compounded medication, brand, pharmacy supply, dosage, or treatment plan.
IV therapy and injectable wellness services may involve medical screening and may not be suitable for everyone.
Possible risks include bruising, vein irritation, infiltration, infection, allergic reaction, dizziness, fainting, nausea, fluid overload, medication reaction, or other complications.
Patients must disclose medical conditions, kidney disease, heart conditions, pregnancy, medications, allergies, history of fainting, clotting disorders, or prior reactions before receiving IV therapy.
VitalCare Medical Spa reserves the right to deny IV therapy if it may be unsafe or inappropriate.
Medical tattooing, nipple and areola restoration, scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation, and related services may require multiple sessions and proper healing time.
Results may vary based on skin type, scar tissue, prior surgery, radiation, immune response, aftercare, lifestyle, sun exposure, pigment retention, and healing ability.
Color changes, fading, asymmetry, touch-ups, and additional appointments may be necessary.
Patients must follow all aftercare instructions and notify VitalCare Medical Spa of any signs of infection, abnormal healing, or complications.
Skincare and aesthetic treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, peeling, irritation, breakouts, bruising, swelling, or pigment changes.
Patients must disclose the use of retinoids, Accutane/isotretinoin history, acids, exfoliants, steroids, blood thinners, recent procedures, allergies, pregnancy, or medical conditions before treatment.
Sun protection and aftercare compliance are important for safety and results.
VitalCare Medical Spa may take clinical photos for documentation, treatment planning, and progress tracking.
We will not use identifiable photos, videos, testimonials, medical stories, names, or treatment images for advertising, website use, social media, or training unless you provide specific written authorization.
You may refuse marketing photo or testimonial use without affecting your ability to receive services.
